Participants discuss the importance of “listening” in the 5-step communications process.  A self-assessment along with a communication survey helps you understand your own skill level.  Active listening exercises and role-plays help participants discover the importance of listening.

This course will be held on Friday, June 26th from 9:00am - 12:00pm. at 540 Event Center - 540 N. Union St. Olean NY (street and off street parking in the big lots parking lot)

All courses include course materials, coffee and water.
